Why We Like It
Spiked with curry and cayenne then accented with maple syrup, these nuts won’t be around for long. Serve them at your next friend or family gathering and watch them disappear!
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees
Season and Bake:
- 1/2 cup raw pecans
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/3 cup shelled raw pistachios
- 1/2 cup raw walnuts
- 1/3 cup shelled raw pumpkin seeds (also called pepitas, or use sunflower seeds)
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper (or more to taste)
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Add to a large bowl and toss to combine.
Spread onto a large baking sheet in a single layer.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. The nuts are done when they are lightly toasted.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
